Vereinigung der Gegenseitigen Bauernhilfe (VdgB) - (Association for Mutual Farmers Assistance 1949-1990) - was a trade-union-like association of collective farmers. The organization managed farm equipment and supply facilities. It also had its own bank.
A dark green flag with VdgB symbol in center. The symbol was dark green, the letters VdgB surrounded by six spikes all yellow. Source: German Democratic Republic propaganda website. The only place I have seen this flag was in front of the VdgB bank buildings.

The VgdB or ‘Vereinigung der gegenseitigen Bauernhilfe’ (Association for Mutual Farmers’ Assistance).  It  is presented on this Flaggenkunde page (in German): Founded in 1946 during the land reform and joined to the agrarian production cooperatives in 1950, the VdgB was to become an important mass organization uniting agrarian workers and gardeners.  A member of the National Front, it was represented in parliament till 1963.  Its influence diminished due to the growing success of the DBD, the agrarian party,  The VdgB emblem is described as a green hexagon widened towards the top, enclosing yellow initials and having a border bearing yellow ears of wheat.  The flag was green bearing said emblem within a narrow yellow border.

See the last emblem on this page. A German eBay offer of such a flag (presented as “unknown”) was item no. 230132522150 (end 27 May 2007, put up by "wolfgang260666”). A similar offer (no. 160149363292, end 2 Sep 2007) put up by “methodmanea” showed only the central part  - identified this time - and added the flag’s size: 1,15 m by 1,94 m.
